Waitrose vouchers are poor,only two…
Waitrose vouchers are poor, only two each week.plus if you choose the wrong one you can’t change it. Also today went into order to ensure everything was correct for my delivery Thursday no vouchers available. When I rang was told they had a I T problem. They are hoping to sort it out but late afternoon. Nope not so. Rang again and was told hopefully it’s going to be sorted before 8pm, I queried what would happen if they turned up tomorrow after on line order cut off time. Basically tough you can’t use them. Good customer service. I went in to cancel my order and low and behold the vouchers were there. This voucher system is not fit for purpose. Sort it out Waitrose.
Waitrose Vouchers…
Well what are the John Lewis partnership thinking ? Are they trying to destroy all of there customer loyalty in one foul stroke.
Last week my Waitrose vouchers were completely useless and not for any products that I ever buy or have bought in the past and then this week NO vouchers at all what are you thinking?
You need to up your game and get back on it before everyone walks.

i agree with others regarding vouchers
i agree with others regarding vouchers. ie its all gone horribly wrong. last week vouchers all things i dont buy, this week no vouchers because either ' i already used them' or i havent spent enough !!
well i shop every thursday , and dont shop in between. last week i spent over £160. if thats not enough im shopping elsewhere. a disgrace.
No Vouchers this week from Bad to Worst Personalised Scheme Ever.
Two weeks ago, all of “My Waitrose” personalised vouchers were for only 50p off instead of ranging from 50p to £2.
Last week, all of “My Waitrose” personalised vouchers were NOT personalised with items I would never purchased at all.
This week, even though I did shop last week and did not use any vouchers, they have offered me NO personalised vouchers stating that either I have used all my personalised vouchers or I have not used MyWaitrose card enough both Untrue.
Vouchers usually excellent value and…
Vouchers usually excellent value and encourage me to shop at waitrose, don't seem to have appeared this week but still very happy to shop there!

No vouchers once again.
Second week vouchers have not been downloaded Wednesday morning. When last weeks eventually received they were not relevant to me. If you keep having technical problems then you need to retrain your staff.

Waitrose are losing ground fast
I rarely shop in Waitrose now having had a problem with a staff member there after the awful new voucher system started. I only go in for milk which I notice has gone up in price twice in a month. Walking around I also noticed the amount of food which has steadily rose in price by 10, 15 or 20 pence an item, often monthly. How many shoppers I wonder, having got excited over saving a £1 on the 2 weekly vouchers fail to notice that their bill has leapt up more than they are saving. I buy a branded cat food which I can get for a lot cheaper in other super markets as well as many other food stuffs. If other can keep prices down why does Waitrose up and up theirs?
I notice also that more people are just getting a basket of stuff or a few items in a small trolly lately, unlike a nearby store where large filled trollies are heading to cars.
No need for customer services to answer this as they are an outside company with stock replies as we all now know.

I have the same voucher issues as many others but what I find even more offensive, in this day and age where customer retention is paramount to a business, is the automated response from 'Roji'. Changing the addressee name does not make it a personal reply. PERSONALLY I spend a lot of money in Waitrose and have done for almost 30 years but am now thinking of shopping elsewhere.
A bit fed up
Last week the vouchers offered were for really useless food items I would never ever buy. I buy from Waitrose for good quality basic food items for COOKING from scratch and I have a specific Shopping List. And this week there were no vouchers at all. My local Waitrose told me this morning that soon I would not even be able to pay by cash at the 1 self-service cash check out. All in all I am a bit fed up both in the shop and online so I have cancelled this week's online order.

Voucher issues yet again!
I am fed up with Waitrose and their excuses about the personalised vouchers they supposedly offer to their customers. Last week every one of my choices was something I have never bought or would ever buy. Waitrose excuse to me was that their was a system glitch and nobody got any personalised vouchers last week and to check back later on in the week. Reading other reviews, people have also been told by Waitrose that they were using a new algorithm and trying something different and giving recommended vouchers instead of personalised ones. So which is it Waitrose?? This week I have NO vouchers at all and am being told to check back next week. What a joke! If you are trying to drive customers away, you are doing a good job having read some of the recent reviews on here. Surely it can’t be that difficult… Tesco seem to manage it…

Waitrose going downhill
Waitrose has lost the plot with its loyalty scheme, 2 vouchers a week was bad enough but at least it was on items that you had bought.
Last week none of my vouchers were personalised and the selection I was given was on items that I never use.
This week no vouchers at all.
Pointless contacting customer services as they haven’t a clue what’s going on.
Vote with moving your loyalty somewhere else, maybe they should change the description from loyalty to SUCKER!!
Well it's Wednesday and we still have…
Well it's Wednesday and we still have no My Waitrose vouchers for tomorrow's online delivery. Last week's vouchers were unusable!

When the voucher scheme was introduced…
When the voucher scheme was introduced the vouchers offered related to what we buy. This has dramatically changed for the worse. Last week was a low point when NONE of the vouchers offered related to any previous purchase. From the comments here mine is not an isolated experience.
So this week no vouchers at all…
So this week no vouchers at all personalised or otherwise. That will teach us not to complain.
